I've tried a bunch of softwares for note taking with handwritten notes, but note shelf is still the one that I use most often, especially with the recent update that enables zooming. A plus feature is that the rendering of the handwritten stylus stroke is one of the smoothest I've used so far.
For my purposes, i find word processing apps lacking because there are times you need to accompany notes with sketch details.
The handy export function then allows me to share the notes with the rest of my project teammates.
